Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up work areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Carry out manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials with proper safety techniques.
- Operate basic construction equipment under supervision and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring safety standards are met.
- Follow supervisors's instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Experience
- Two years of experience in roadway construction is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods while maintaining safety awareness.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to follow directions closely.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
