As an Administrative Assistant I, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will serve as a first point of contact for staff, families, and partners while supporting compliance, documentation, and organizational needs. Through attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork, you will help ensure services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with the mission and values of The Bair Foundation.

Be the First Connection – Greet visitors, answer and screen incoming calls, and provide timely assistance to staff, families, and community partners.
Keep Operations Moving – Support daily office functions including scheduling, copying, scanning, mailing, and general clerical tasks.
Support Compliance & Records – Assist with maintaining electronic records, reports, and tracking systems in accordance with regulatory and agency requirements.
Organize with Purpose – Help maintain an organized, professional office environment and ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and functional.
Support Teams – Assist supervisors and staff with projects, reporting, and administrative coordination.
Protect Privacy – Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
Education: High school diploma or GED
Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Previous administrative or office support experience
Experience supporting human services, healthcare, or nonprofit environments
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience working with electronic record or database systems
