Duties
- Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently.
- Monitor security cameras and perform routine checks of public areas to ensure safety and uphold hotel emergency procedures.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, resolving issues with a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
- Support front desk operations by handling check-ins/check-outs when needed, maintaining phone etiquette, and managing guest relations with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions tactfully and efficiently.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols.
- Previous experience working on night shifts in a hotel environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently.
