The Order Picker will retrieve stock to fill service orders and transport items to the parts department for packing.
Job Responsibilities:

Pick up parts at various vendors as needed.

Delivers parts to field technicians at various job site locations.

Assist team in ensuring parts department is clean and organized.

Assist the service department by moving equipment as needed and deliver fleet vehicles to repair facilities.
-
Pick up and/or deliver parts to designated accounts when instructed by parts and service departments.
-
Assist with the cleanliness of the parts area by disposing of used boxes, trash, sweeping floor and dusting parts bins daily.

Assist in keeping the shop organized.
-
Assists in moving and restructuring organization of stockroom to make space for new inventory.

Run bin “spot checks” as directed.

Pulling and group orders for Service Road Team

Putting away stock item and updating bin locations.

Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
-
Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
-
Pays close attention to detail.
-
Possesses physical strength necessary to lift boxes and other heavy items on a regular basis.

Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed.

Strong reading and communication skills.

Must have a clean driving record

Must have a current drivers license
Physical Requirements:

Ability to function in work environment with moderate noise level from several sources creating constant activity.

Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.

Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections using our daily checklist to ensure that vehicle are properly maintained according to manufacture recommendations

Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
