Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and implementation of Apprenticeship programs. They are responsible for managing staff, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, coordinating with industry partners, and ensuring successful program outcomes.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Apprenticeship programs
- Manage program Staff and Instructors
- Maintain compliance with Apprenticeship standards and policies
- Foster partnerships with industry Employers and Community organization
- Monitor participant progress and outcomes
- Prepare and manage program budgets
- Submit regular reports to funders and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing Apprenticeship programs.
- Strong knowledge of Illinois Department of Labor Apprenticeship Standards and workforce funding requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
