Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, handling multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational integrity
- Utilize computer skills to prepare spreadsheets and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Handle office supply inventory, order necessary materials, and manage vendor relationships to keep the office well-stocked
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email
Qualifications
- Experience in Home Health or Nurse Registry operations
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions and team communication
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with professional phone etiquette and customer service expertise
