Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and LPN's to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the nursing department by addressing staffing needs.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Provide basic life support when necessary and assist in emergency situations.
- Support patients with mobility, including transferring them to and from beds, wheelchairs, or other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
- Document patient care accurately in medical records.
- Engage with patients to provide emotional support and companionship.
- Participate in training sessions related to caregiving techniques and dementia care.
Requirements
- Must be a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant with valid credentials.
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred; familiarity with hospital medicine and emergency medicine is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Basic life support certification is required.
- Previous experience in caregiving or dementia care is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have experience using onshift scheduling system.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
