We have immediate openings on 1st shift M-TH(6:30am - 5:00 ), (4) - 10 hour days.
For the following:
Experienced programmer for CNC milling and turning machines, primarily milling, capable of setting/up and operating multiple machines. We have Kitamura and Doosan vertical and horizontal machining centers. You should be particularly knowledgeable with horizontal machining and pallet pool experience is preferable. Have a good grasp of using advanced high speed machining techniques to reduce cycle time.
You should be an experienced Mastercam programmer with even stronger ability to write and edit G-code without CAM. You should have extensive experience designing and building fixturing for jobs that you will be programming. You should be able to program and setup a job from start to finish from a blueprint and solid model. Experience with Fusion 360 or Solidworks while not necessary would be extremely helpful.
Air conditioned shop. We are a jobbing shop. The work is smaller plastic, brass, aluminum, and stainless steel parts.
