You will serve as the primary connection between customers and the service department while helping deliver a premium Mercedes-Benz ownership experience.
Responsibilities Include:

Manage service orders and daily drive lane operations with professionalism and urgency

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication throughout the service process

Build long-term customer relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-through

Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency

Communicate repair timelines, recommendations, vehicle updates, and service needs clearly and confidently

Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and repair communication

Deliver concierge-level customer support while maintaining dealership service standards
-
Support customer satisfaction goals and help create a positive dealership experience

Assist with repair recommendations, service coordination, and parts communication when needed

Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused work environment
