<Duties>
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable firearms, accessories, or related products
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, safety procedures, and proper handling techniques
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and processing shipments
- Uphold strict compliance with firearm laws, store policies, and safety protocols during all customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
<Skills>
- Experience with POS systems and cash register operations for efficient transactions
- Supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members when needed
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while emphasizing safety features
- Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
