Pay Model: Employee Pay Per Visit (W2)
Rate: $50–$80/hour
Benefits Eligibility: 20+ hours/week (full benefits at 30+ hours/week)
Schedule: Begin with Part-time with guaranteed 20 hours per week (20+ hours with benefits), with the opportunity to gradually grow into a Full-time role (30+ hours). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition back into pediatrics after time away from the field.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, and BCBAs
Conduct thoughtful, patient-centered evaluations
Create engaging, effective therapy plans tailored to each child
Empower patients and families by helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections
On-site mentorship across disciplines (OT, PT, SLP)
Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts

CCC-SLP (required)
Active Texas SLP license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Pediatric experience preferred (internships/CF accepted)
