Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with their requests.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
- Proficient phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not required.
