Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a life insurance broker. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in educating and helping others with their finances, be a self-starter, and be willing to learn. This opportunity is flexible, and solely commission-based; the earning potential is unlimited! We have partners making well over six figures and making a difference in their community at the same time. You will eventually need to get your life insurance license, however we assist with that.
Currently licensed agents: our IMO is one-of-a-kind! We start at 70% commission and most agents move up to 85% within the first two months of writing business. We hold your hand every step of the way - as long as you are coachable and willing to put in the work.
Responsibilities
- Educate people in various financial situations
- Maintain all required continuing education and licenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus but not required
- Willing to obtain life insurance license
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
