It’s hot in the Summer, cold in the Winter and what time you aren’t laying on the ground on your back, you are bent over the grill of a truck in a position that is definitely going to make you question your life choices. If your idea of being a mechanic is asking ChatGPT what the firing order is on a 1998 Chevy Silverado, this isn’t for you. You are going to have to problem solve, chase wires, and know the difference between a lifter ticking and an exhaust leak. This is the kind of job where you go home covered in oil, grease, dirt and many other things that make you look and smell, unpleasant to say the least. If you think you are actually man enough to turn the big wrenches and go home with busted knuckles you might actually last.

Qualifications
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on gas and diesel trucks
- Own tools and tool storage
- Willing to work outdoors (this is a yard, not a shop)
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills for maintenance records and tracking
A Plus If You Can
- Hold a CDL
- Operate equipment or machinery
- Perform basic building or yard maintenance
- Handle small repairs (lights, trailer plugs, minor fixes)
- Learn new skills and grow with the company
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing routine preventative maintenance on gas and diesel trucks and equipment
- Oil changes, greasing, fluid checks, and filter changes
- Inspecting trucks and equipment for wear or potential issues
- Keeping maintenance records organized and up to date
- Supporting the operations team when needed
- Helping keep the yard organized and running smoothly
This job requires working outdoors in the yard, staying active, and keeping equipment ready for the crews that depend on it every day.
