Structures Mechanic – Wilmington, Ohio
VP Aviation is hiring a Structures Mechanic in Wilmington, Ohio for contract work supporting MRO maintenance on a variety of commercial aircraft. Contract aviation maintenance position
Perform structural repair, fabrication, rebuild, and replacement on commercial aircraft
Use approved tools, procedures, and maintenance documentation
Follow company policies, aircraft manufacturer maintenance manuals, and regulatory standards such as those outlined by the Federal Aviation Administration https://www.faa.gov
Minimum 2 years aircraft maintenance experience
“A” License preferred
Ability to complete required maintenance documentation
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, manuals, and instructions
Efficient in the use of required tools and instruments
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Must document completed work and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
Must have own tools and transportation
