Client Service Representative (CSR)

Our Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are a vital part of the connection between Blue Sky Animal Clinic and our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
CSRs demonstrate a pleasant, caring, and professional demeanor while delivering excellent customer service in person and over the phone. A genuine love for animals and empathy for their owners is essential—our clients trust us during some of their most emotional moments, and our CSRs help make those experiences positive and supportive.
A background in veterinary medicine is highly preferred, as CSRs assist with basic medical triage, scheduling, and relaying information between clients and doctors. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
- Assisting with basic medical triage and relaying information to the medical team
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting a collaborative, team-focused clinic environment
