Farm Manager — Full‑Time We’re hiring a dependable Farm Manager to oversee daily animal care and support operations at our growing farm.
Responsibilities
- Role Includes:
- Daily care for farm + exotic animals
- Monitoring health and behavior
- Feeding, cleaning, enclosure upkeep
- Training staff/volunteers
- Farm maintenance and improvement projects
- Keeping barns/pastures safe and organized
Experience / Requirements
- Strong animal husbandry skills
- Experience with multiple species preferred
- Basic repair/carpentry skills helpful
- Able to operate farm equipment
- Reliable, self‑motivated, works independently
- Outdoor work in all weather; lift 50 lbs
- Weekends/holidays required
- Three professional references
