Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Specialist (SOAR) to join a local data management team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data within the SAP environment, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and compliance with regulatory standards.
Your expertise will support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SAP master data related to sales, operations, and other business-critical functions within the SOAR framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, policies, and procedures aligned with enterprise data governance initiatives
- Design and implement data models that support business processes and reporting requirements
- Conduct regular data quality monitoring, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Utilize ETL tools such as Informatica and Talend for efficient data collection, transformation, and loading into SAP systems
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and other business intelligence tools to visualize data insights
- Lead projects related to data migration, integration, and system upgrades while adhering to Agile methodologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by implementing robust information governance practices
- Support database design, management of SQL databases, and maintenance of data warehouses for analytical purposes
- Facilitate training sessions on data management best practices for team members across departments
Skills:
- Extensive experience with SAP master data management within complex enterprise environments
- Database management systems, and database design principles
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, or similar platforms
- Expertise in business intelligence tools such as Tableau for analytics visualization
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies and concepts related to data collection and processing
- Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to analyze large datasets using advanced analysis skills and data analytics tools
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance management and information governance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment
- Leadership qualities with a focus on continuous improvement in data quality management
