Pure Water Systems of Nevada is looking for a motivated, driven Sales Representative who knows how to create opportunities and close business.

We provide company-generated leads, complete training, ongoing support, and proven sales tools to help you start selling quickly. You will also benefit from our established relationships with homeowners, retail partners, and referral sources throughout Northern Nevada.
At the same time, we are looking for a true salesperson who is motivated to create additional opportunities—not someone who only waits for the next lead to be assigned. The right person will get out into the community, meet people, build relationships, ask for referrals, follow up consistently, network with local businesses, and generate new conversations that lead to sales.
You will have the support and opportunities of an established company, along with the freedom to increase your income through your own effort. Our most successful representatives combine the leads we provide with the business they develop themselves.

What You’ll Do
- Run preset appointments with homeowners
- Generate your own leads through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community relationships
- Build relationships with realtors, builders, plumbers, property managers, and other referral partners
- Perform basic water testing and identify customer needs
- Present water filtration, softening, and drinking water solutions
- Follow up with customers and close sales
- Maintain a full pipeline of new opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly motivated and money-driven
- Comfortable generating their own business
- Competitive, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Strong at building relationships and asking for referrals
- Professional, reliable, and coachable
- Willing to follow a proven sales process
- Available to work some weekends as needed
- Experienced in sales, in-home sales, home services, retail, or outside sales is a plus

Compensation
This is a commission-based sales position with high earning potential. Your income will be based on your ability to sell, follow up, generate business, and close opportunities.
Schedule
This position is Tuesday through Saturday, with some additional weekend availability required when needed. The schedule is built around when customers are available, so flexibility is important.
