Senior ECU Assembly Technician – 1st Shift
Celina Tent, Inc (CELINA) is looking for an experienced Senior ECU Assembly Technician to lead the assembly, testing, and commissioning of Environmental Control Units (ECUs). If you have a strong HVAC and refrigeration background, enjoy solving technical challenges, and take pride in mentoring others, we'd love to hear from you.
We don’t just sell tents. We design, engineer, manufacture, weld, sew, print, assemble, and ship American-made fabric structures used across the country — from wedding venues and rental yards to job sites and military installations.

In this role, you will:
- Lead ECU assembly operations and provide technical guidance to the assembly team.
- Assemble, wire, charge, troubleshoot, and test HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak testing, system evacuation, and commissioning.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues while ensuring every unit meets CELINA's quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help develop the next generation of technicians.
- Other duties may be assigned
What we're looking for:
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
- 5+ years of HVAC, refrigeration, equipment assembly, or related technical experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience reading electrical schematics and engineering drawings
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
