Responsibilities
- Engage with customers by email, over the phone, and via digital channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of pricing structures, product features, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products
- Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
- Manage automobile transportation logistics, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules using organizational tools.
- Follow all safety protocols related to commercial driving, heavy lifting, and vehicle operation to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and merchandising practices.
- Strong organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and customer information efficiently.
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing adjustments and handling transactions effectively.
