Responsibilities of the Telecommunications Associate
- Engage with potential customers to discuss telecommunications products and services
- Educate customers on available internet, wireless, and connectivity solutions
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Complete customer enrollments and assist with account setup
- Support daily sales objectives and contribute to team performance goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and reporting documentation
- Participate in training sessions focused on telecommunications knowledge and sales development
- Work collaboratively with management and fellow Telecommunications Associate team members
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process
