We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on custom residential homes, commercial projects, and major renovations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on keeping projects organized, subcontractors accountable, and clients informed.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all day-to-day field operations from project kickoff through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and deliveries to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate construction schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Esposito Construction's quality standards.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites.
- Monitor workmanship and hold subcontractors accountable for quality and schedule expectations.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and design professionals.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety requirements.
- Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout.
- Represent Esposito Construction professionally with clients, trade partners, and the community.
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of superintendent experience in residential, commercial, or mixed construction projects.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project schedules.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Comfortable using construction management software and mobile technology.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
