Legal Assistant/Administrative Assistant
Create an Exceptional Experience. Every Client. Every Time.
You're the person everyone counts on.
You notice the typo before anyone else.
You see confusion before someone asks for help.
You communicate clearly because misunderstandings cost time and trust.
You know small details leave big impressions.
You're organized, proactive, and take ownership without waiting to be asked. Competing priorities energize you. You keep moving pieces in the air while making each person feel like your only priority.
If you're thinking, "That's me," keep reading.
At Sarah's Law Firm, how we serve people matters as much as our legal work. Families come to us during important, often overwhelming moments. They deserve to feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the first phone call through the completion of their plan.
No legal experience is required. We can teach the law. We can't teach genuine care, ownership, attention to detail, or exceptional communication.
This position is based in our Alma office.
What You'll Do
You'll be the person who keeps our office running with excellence.
You'll welcome clients, coordinate schedules, manage projects, organize information, and keep communication flowing. You'll balance priorities, pivot when the unexpected happens, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Plate spinners would be impressed.
Every email.
Every phone call.
Every document.
Every client interaction.
Your goal isn't simply to complete tasks.
It's for every client to leave thinking:
"That was the easiest, kindest, and most organized professional office I've ever worked with."
What Makes This Position Different
This isn't a job where you're simply answering phones.
You're helping families navigate significant life decisions. You're often the first impression of our firm and one of the last people clients interact with. That responsibility matters.
We believe professionalism and warmth belong together.
We believe accuracy builds trust.
We believe clear communication is an act of respect.
And we believe details create extraordinary experiences.
