Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate (Press Operator / Packager)

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Job Description
We are hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to join our aluminum extrusion facility in Canfield, Ohio. This is a hands-on, team-based role working as a Press Operator or Packager, depending on production needs. No prior manufacturing experience required — training provided for reliable, motivated candidates.
Responsibilities
- Work in teams to load and unload aluminum parts on press equipment
- Package finished aluminum materials for shipment
- Tape, fold, seal, and stack boxes
- Clean scrap and maintain press and saw areas
- Assist with basic press maintenance (spraying, waxing, soaping)
- Read production schedules and follow work instructions
- Support quality and production flow
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling light but longer materials
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation required
- Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures
- Pre-employment drug screen required (THC not tested)
