Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Shirt Presser in our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production processes. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are paramount. Responsibilities include Shirt pressing on the shirt machine, inspection, boxing shirts etc. The Shirt pressing dept starts at 6:00 AM in the morning till 2:00 thus punctuality and decipline is the trait we value the most.
Duties
- Operate Shirt machine safely and effectively.
- Inspect items for stains or damages before processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in pressing preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
