Kent Home Services is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Concrete Raising Technician to join our team.
We are seeking candidates with experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, spray foam, foundation repair, or similar trades. Experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career.
As a Concrete Raising Technician, you'll help restore settled sidewalks, driveways, patios, garage floors, pool decks, and other concrete surfaces using both polyurethane foam injection and traditional mudjacking methods. This is precision work where quality matters. We believe that slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Taking the time to do the job right the first time is critical to our success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Operate polyurethane foam injection and mudjacking equipment
- Drive company trucks and pull trailers to and from job sites
- Complete concrete raising projects safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality
- Evaluate slabs and determine proper lifting sequences
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Perform equipment maintenance and daily inspections
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general labor duties
- Follow company safety procedures and DOT requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
Qualifications
- Construction, concrete, landscaping, spray foam, foundation repair, or related experience strongly preferred
- Experience pulling trailers required
- This position regularly tows equipment trailers and requires confidence backing and maneuvering trailers in residential settings
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, trailers, pumps, spray foam equipment, or other construction equipment is a plus
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Valid driver's license required
- Chauffeur's License required
- Current DOT Medical Card required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
