We're actively expanding our Direct-to-Seller Acquisitions Team and looking for high-performing professionals who can build trust quickly, solve problems creatively, and move opportunities from conversation to contract.
This isn't a passive sales role. We need individuals who can lead conversations, navigate objections, follow up relentlessly, and create win-win solutions for sellers facing unique real estate situations.
In this role, you'll work directly with property owners, heirs, executors, attorneys, and families navigating complex circumstances. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and negotiate confidently will directly impact your success.

What You’ll Do

Manage inbound and outbound seller leads

Build rapport with heirs, executors, attorneys, realtors, and property owners

Conduct consistent follow-up and maintain an active pipeline

Evaluate investment opportunities based on company acquisition criteria

Run comps and analyze deal potential

Negotiate and secure signed purchase agreements

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

Communicate proactively with leadership and team members
-
Identify creative solutions and multiple exit strategies

Move deals efficiently from lead to close

We're looking for individuals with a strong sales foundation and the ability to learn quickly. Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
