Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PreK Teacher to join our team. As a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and futures of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a nurturing and educational environment that promotes the social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child. We are a Christian preschool, so teacher must be comfortable guiding children in biblical truth and love.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with young students in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Proficiency in teaching math concepts to young children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and fosters a love for learning
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors in the classroom
- Knowledge preschool or toddler care practices is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required
- Teaching certification or licensure is preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
