Location: Essential On – Midtown Manhattan (near Grand Central Station)

Essential On is a newly launched integrative wellness clinic located in the heart of Manhattan. We provide expert physical therapy, chiropractic care, and holistic services focused on pain relief and rehabilitation. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our wellness team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a certified and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team for Thursday sessions(10am - 6pm). The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated to providing high-quality instruction tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications
- Certified in Pilates (Mat and/or Equipment-based)
- Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or wellness settings preferred
- Ability to tailor sessions to individual needs (e.g., post-rehab, posture correction, chronic pain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to collaborate with physical therapists and chiropractors
