Pay & Compensation
- Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,700/week
- Annual pay: $69,000–$93,000/year
- Starting CPM: 55¢-70¢(based on experience)
- Miles: 2,000–2,500 per week
Home Time
- Home once a week for 2 consecutive days
Orientation
- 1-day paid orientation
- Review of safety procedures, equipment, drug screening, and skills assessment
- $300 orientation pay included with your first paycheck
- Transportation and hotel accommodations provided
Freight & Routes
- Run dedicated Southeast regional lanes hauling 100% no-touch general commodity freight. With established routes, dependable freight volumes, and a defined service area, drivers can count on steady miles and consistent year-round work.
Equipment
- 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
- Automatic transmission only - manual restriction accepted
- Assigned truck

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- No prior experience needed - new graduates welcome
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must reside within 75 miles of Norcross, GA
- Basic load securement knowledge
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- MVR checked for last 3 years
- Background check for last 10 years
- Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screening
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on cross-country lanes
- Perform pre and post trip inspections daily
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
- Deliver 100% no-touch dry freight safely and on schedule
- Operate automatic tractors with 48–53 foot trailers
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
