You will assist with ophthalmic examinations, advanced diagnostics, ophthalmic surgeries, emergency cases. You will help care for patients with complex eye diseases that often require specialized equipment and expertise unavailable elsewhere. You will learn new skills while making a meaningful difference for pets and the families who love them.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient care
- Assist with examinations
- Perform ophthalmic diagnostics
- Collect laboratory samples
Anesthesia & Surgery
- Place IV catheters
- Monitor anesthesia
- Surgical preparation and recovery
Effective Communication
- Client education
- Medical records
- With other team members
Equipment
- Operate advanced ophthalmic equipment
- Sterilization
- Maintain overall cleanliness
Requirements:
- RVT
- Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude toward teammates, clients and their pets
- Team oriented mindset
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to efficiently multitask and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Schedule (subject to change as practice needs dictate):
- NO WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY HOURS
- Monday and Wednesday 7:30am - 5:30pm
- Tuesday 8:45am - 4:30pm (in our Norman location)
- Thursday 7:45am - 5:30pm
- Friday (1-4 per times month) 8am - 1pm
