```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of retail associates
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure adequate product availability
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong interviewing and hiring skills
- Excellent administrative abilities, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable terms
- Demonstrated success in driving retail sales and achieving targets
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Strong math skills for accurate inventory management and cash handling
-Willingness to work and/or operate Food truck for private events.
