Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative specializing in Parts, Sales, and Service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a strong desire to help customers find what they need and guide them through the purchasing process.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and efficiently
- Keep accurate notes from phone calls with the customers truck information and other important details
- Help customers identify and purchase the correct parts for their equipment
- Create quotes and process sales orders
- Schedule appointments for installs, repairs, removals and service
- Sell new and used plows and spreaders and determine any truck specific parts required
- Communicate with customers through phone, email and text message
- Fill in at the front counter as needed to assist customers here in person
- Stay organized while managing multiple customer needs and priorities throughout the day.
Skills
- Customer service expertise with a focus on building lasting relationships through clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-focused under pressure
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong computer skills needed to move from program to program while looking up information to assist the customer
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with snow, truck, farming, or construction equipment is a plus
- Willing to learn all product lines and how to access technical product information

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
