Compensation
- $18–$23/hour base depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses stacked on top of base
- Sales contests, spiffs, and incentives for hitters
- Real path into senior agent, team lead, and office management
What You’ll Do
- Drive 60+ outbound and inbound calls every day, no excuses
- Quote and close auto, home, and commercial across multiple carriers
- Attack your renewals, pending cancellations, and non-renewals before they fall off
- Create urgency, overcome objections, and ask for the sale every time
- Build a loyal customer base that calls you first
- Cross-sell tax prep during season and turn every opportunity into more income
Who You Are
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license – non‑negotiable
- Bilingual Spanish/English – English/ Creole you use it all day, every day
- Strong closer on the phone, not afraid to follow up again and again
- Self-starter: you don’t wait to be told what to do next
- Competitive, coachable, hates losing more than you like winning
- P&C sales experience preferred – production mindset required
