Whether you have printing experience, machine operating experience, or a strong manufacturing background with mechanical aptitude, we want to hear from you.
As a Label Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality labeling products used by businesses across North America.
In this role, you will:
- Set up, operate, and optimize label manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
- Accurately record production information using computer systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S standards
- Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to achieve daily goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and productivity
- 2+ years of manufacturing, printing, packaging, converting, or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, and rulers
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Technical or trade school experience is a plus
