Axiom Family Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time mental health counselor for their outpatient programs located at 630 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, PA 15401.
Axiom offers a $1500 earned sign on bonus for master level candidates after six months of employment! LPC's bonus is $2,500 after six months ! An incentive plan is available after ninety days of employment which equates to a 20-25% pay increase! or $3 to $6 per hour raise! Paid out each payroll period!
Qualifications: A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in a related human services field is required. Bachelor level is acceptable.
Some responsibilities include:
-Conducting intakes/individual/group/family therapy to adults, adolescents & children
-Completion of documentation and adhering to state regulations for outpatient programs
-Completion of training plans/progress notes
-Communication with all members of treatment team
-Organized individual with attention to detail
-Completion of trainings as required
-Caseload will include mental health & drug/alcohol consumers
-Candidate must be comfortable working with all age groups
Candidate will be required to provide clearance results prior to employment:
-FBI Clearance
-PA Criminal Clearance
-PA Child Abuse Clearance
