The Opportunity:
As a Feeder Packer, you will support machine operators by feeding cartons, inspecting product quality, and assisting with basic machine operation. You will help ensure smooth workflow, safe production practices, and consistent product quality. This role provides hands‑on experience in machine support, packing, material handling, and preventative maintenance within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.

Hold employees accountable for working safely and identifying/removing hazards.

Immediately report all near misses, incidents, first‑aid cases, and unsafe conditions to the Plant Manager and Safety Manager.

Maintain compliance with OSHA and plant safety standards.

Verify job information before running production.

Inspect product for printing and cutting quality.

Feed cartons into the machine.

Restart the machine as needed.

Maintain basic machine functions, including knowledge of the Leary System.

Perform basic palletizing and packing for all job types.

Assist operators with packing station setup, including tape machines and inkjet printers.

Assist operators with make‑ready tasks.

Help locate corrugated cases when needed.

Perform rework duties as assigned.
