What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up
- Cross-sell our existing customers
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
- Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Follow up consistently to close new business
Live transfer leads, data leads, and existing customers are provided.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Active California Property & Casualty License OR Personal Lines License
- Previous sales experience required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Competitive mindset with a desire to win
- Organized and able to multitask
- Goal-oriented both professionally and personally

Compensation
- Hourly pay
