staff members must possess the following:
No criminal history as evidenced by clear criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
Have a dependable vehicle
Possess current CPR certification
Show proof of a negative TB test (last test within one year); and submit proof of immunity or immunization to rubella, rubeola, varicella, measles, and pertussis. Last pertussis vaccination must have been completed within the last 10 years.
The Behavior Analyst assesses skills across the following domains: pre-academic, language, social, play, executive function, cognitive, and motor; develops and implements treatment plans; conducts functional assessments and develops behavior intervention plans as needed; designs data collection procedures to support data-based decision making and monitors client progress; leads on-going staff training and participates in planning team meetings as needed; and provides training and instruction to parents.
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Certified with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
Must maintain credentialing in compliance with the BACB
Must complete supervision courses as outlined by the BACB
Have at least two years’ experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services.
