As an Assistant Manager (AM), you’re a key leader in the restaurant, supporting the General Manager and helping ensure every shift runs smoothly, every guest feels welcome, and every team member feels supported.
This role is about consistency, care, and growth. You’ll help develop people, strengthen operations, and turn strong daily execution into results guests and teams can rely on.
What You’ll Do

Build and support the team by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, providing feedback, and helping others grow

Deliver great guest experiences by guiding the team to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming restaurant

Support restaurant operations by maintaining brand standards and ensuring efficient, accurate execution

Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control procedures
What You’ll Bring

At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred)

1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment (management experience preferred)

A people-first leadership style with strong communication skills

A working understanding of P&L basics and how daily decisions impact profitability

Confidence supporting teams, solving problems, and making decisions during busy shifts

A commitment to creating welcoming guest experiences and upholding Tim Hortons standards

Pay Range
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Actual pay varies based on experience, training, location, and other relevant factors. Where required by law, the posted pay range reflects the full range for the role in the relevant location. Hourly employees are eligible for overtime according to applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as Company policy.
