The Hirshfield's Sioux Falls SD Location is now looking to fill a Full Time Sales Position for our Paint Department
This position is available Monday thru Friday: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8am to 12PM
We offer a 35% match on your 401k contributions (up to 12%)
Full Time only:
2 weeks PTO in the first year, 3 weeks starting in your second year (more PTO as years of service increases) - great health and dental benefits
Essential Functions
- Able to see color
- Must be 21 years of age with a valid and clean driver license, as this position will make deliveries to our customers.
- Able to lift/move up to 60lbs on occasion
- Support the sales efforts at Hirshfield's Paint Store, servicing mostly wholesale customers
- Ensuring that all sales orders are completely accurate by maintaining precise accounts for formula and pricing, pulling correct products from warehouse, tinting and mixing those to customers specifications
- Explaining to customers the best products for their needs
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
- Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results
- Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
- Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program
Starting wages are $17.00 per hour up to $20.00 per hour depending on qualification.
