Our Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton offices are currently hiring new agents and preparing our teams for the 2026 Annual Enrollment Period.

Agents who join our organization stay with us for an average of three to five years. We currently have more than 25 agents who have been with us for over five years.

We are currently interviewing candidates for both Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement sales positions. The quality and nature of our calls are better than what many agents are accustomed to receiving.
Candidates must:
- Hold an active health insurance license
- Have some Medicare knowledge or experience, even if it is limited
- Be confident and professional on the phone
- Understand how to properly close a sale
- Contribute positively to our culture and team dynamic
The most important qualification is that you are a true closer and understand what that responsibility means.
