We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at a skilled nursing facility in the Bronx. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to support functional goals
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide clinical guidance
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Educate residents and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment
Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Experience with Rehab Optima is a plus
