Requirements
- 5+ years successful B2B sales experience
- 4 Year Degree from an accredited U.S. university
- Demonstrated history of prospecting and generating new business
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience calling on attorneys, law firms, manufacturers, engineers, or corporate decision makers preferred
- Self-starter mentality
- CRM discipline
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills for data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with marketing and customer service

Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business clients and expand existing accounts across multiple sectors
- Conduct outside sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and networking events to generate leads and close deals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
- Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-ups
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor marketing strategies that maximize outreach and engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with internal teams on benefits administration, compliance (including HIPAA regulations where applicable), and telemarketing campaigns to support sales objectives
Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
