Our client, a leading global provider, is currently seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead for their facility in Hagerstown, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, that the warehouse is organized and safe, and that staff members are supervised and trained. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse or related field is required for this position.
The Day-to-Day:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing
- Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- *Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST*
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or related field
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Pay Rate:
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Overtime until 4 - 4:30 PM (momentarily)
