Toffee to Go is hiring Seasonal Kitchen Production Staff for our production facility in Pinellas Park, FL as we prepare for our busy holiday season.

For over 24 years, we've been making handcrafted gourmet toffee that's shipped across the country. We take pride in producing a premium product in a clean, organized, team-oriented kitchen.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy staying busy and working with a great team. Previous kitchen or food production experience is helpful, but we're happy to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
This is a full-time seasonal position through Christmas with a consistent daytime schedule.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Day Shift
- No nights
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Set up kitchen workstations with ingredients and equipment
- Cook and prepare gourmet toffee following recipe and production standards
- Apply chocolate and nut toppings
- Store and organize products for the next production stage
- Clean and sanitize work areas throughout the day
- Prepare ingredients and workstations for the following day's production
- Work as part of a fast-paced production team
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Food service, bakery, candy making, or kitchen experience is a plus—but not required
