Qualifications:
- Must have a passion for managing, training and teaching and want to have a long term, profitable, and stable career as a manager for our talented staff
- Leading team and promoting Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
- Assists studio manager with membership retention and attrition
- Consistently leads by example to create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
- Holds all team members to the highest level of accountability to exceed salon expectations
- Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests
- Leads and assists in all training of administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys
- Prepare guests records for services
- Participate in special events to promote studio
- Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)
- Sets expectations for team regarding quality service by enforcing organization standards
- Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner (in absence of the general manager) and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Assist general manager with social media uploads
- Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
