Duties
- Process payroll and maintain related records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support timekeeping administration and ensure employee data is up to date.
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality while responding to payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support payroll operations and employee record management.
- Contribute to audits, system maintenance, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets accurately.
- Basic knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial concepts.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
