What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Maintenance Technician, you will keep our client's commercial facility operating safely and smoothly. In this role, your daily maintenance tech duties will include:
- Performing general building maintenance and light repairs throughout the facility.
- Replacing and repairing lighting fixtures and performing basic building repairs.
- Completing basic plumbing tasks, such as toilet repairs.
- Patching sheetrock and painting walls as needed.
- Hanging items and assisting with office setups and modifications.
- Executing additional general maintenance tasks as requested by management.
What You Bring To The Team
- 1+ years of experience as a Commercial Maintenance Technician or building maintenance tech preferred.
- Strong work ethic with dependable, punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
